Nina "promoted to glory"


NINA RUTH HSIUNG

Tuesday, July 06, 1999 - Monday, July 24, 2006

Beloved daughter of Steven and Marie (Lohnes) Hsiung, sister of Sarah Hsiung, after a lengthy illness, passed away at home on July 24, 2006, having just reached her 7th birthday. Cherished granddaughter of Keith and Gael Lohnes and Hui and Vicky Hsiung , great-granddaughter of Helen Faulk and Edna Lohnes. Nina will be greatly missed, but is at peace with the Lord. Visitation was held at Bramalea Free Methodist Church, 355 Howden Blvd., Brampton, Ontario, Friday July 28, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A public Memorial Service was held at the Church, Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Arrangements by Scott Funeral Home.

Special appreciation is extended to the palliative team of Victorian Order of Nurses and the staff of Toronto Hospital for Sick Children. Memorial gifts are appreciated for Brainchild c/o The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation, Toronto, Ontario and Wesley Acres Camp Ground and Retreat Centre, Bloomfield, Ontario.

The Hsiung and Lohnes families appreciate all who have prayed, sent messages of encouragement and support, sent gifts, provided food, etc. Special thanks go to the ladies at Bramalea Free Methodist Church who provided a wonderful reception after the memorial service.
