WORDS OF INSPIRATION
Job 42:5-6 My ears had heard of you, but now my eyes have seen you. Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.
2 Corinthians 5:18 All things are of God who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.
From OUR DAILY BREAD:
***** NEW *****
- "What God is doing you may not know now,
- But someday you'll understand why;
- Questions that taunt you and trouble your mind
- Will one day have heaven's reply"
- What's better than answers to our why questions? Trusting a good God who has His reasons.
- One of the qualities God looks for in His people is a heart that is willing to serve Him.
- Christ builds His church with different stones. And make each one secure;
- All shapes and sizes fit in place to make His church endure.

Japan Earthquake/Tsunami
Please pray for the nation of Japan as it faces the unfolding nuclear disaster.
In addition, Free Methodist World Missions has received this update from Katsumi Shigetomi, APFMMA (Asia Pacific Free Methodist Missions Association) chairman in Japan.
Dear Brothers and sisters, Praise the Lord! In spite of the devastating situation of the quake, as well as tsunami, all of our FM churches in the affected area have been found OK. They have survived! Damages at one church are not serious. Its wall has fallen down, but they have no water supply. The pastor's family are drinking from the well in the neighborhood. Many churches still have no electricity. All pastors in the area are still trying to find out the welfare of church members. Many of them have no contacts yet. Keep praying for those churches in the affected areas so that they may help those who are helpless.
Our FM church of Japan, Bishop Oshima and board members have decided to establish a rescue committee. But at this moment, the first thing is to grasp the whole situation but it is very hard because the area is so vast. TV news and their reporters can only access limited parts of the area.
Thank you for all of your prayers which are so encouraging!

(Donations for Japan relief may be sent through the local church to the Ministry Centre, Free Methodist Church in Canada)
